Terms of Service

Schedule With is a scheduling tool at schedulewith.org. By signing in or booking a meeting through a host's page you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages through booking confirmations or reminders.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.

You retain ownership of content you upload (logos, photos, event-type names, descriptions). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service.

The service integrates with Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom (via personal links), GoHighLevel (optional), and SMTP for email. Use of those integrations is also governed by the third party's terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by those providers.

We aim for high uptime but do not promise specific service levels. Bookings, calendar sync, and email delivery may be delayed or fail in the event of provider outages or configuration errors.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are creating risk for other users or the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of bookings, lost revenue, or data loss arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
