How to delete your data from Schedule With.
If you only want to revoke our access to your Google calendar and stop us from creating new events, sign in to schedulewith.org/calendars and click Disconnect next to the connected Google account. We immediately delete the stored access and refresh tokens. Existing booking pages stop working until you reconnect.
You can also revoke our access from Google's side at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Either path stops us from refreshing the access token.
From the profiles dashboard, open the profile and use the Delete profilebutton. The profile, its event types, and all bookings on it are removed immediately. Calendar events already synced to Google for past or future bookings remain on the host's calendar (we do not retroactively delete them, in case the host wants to keep records).
Bookers can cancel their own bookings from the cancellation link in the confirmation email. Cancellation removes the event from the host's calendar and marks the booking as cancelled in our database. To fully purge the booking record, email the host or use the address below.
To delete everything we hold about you, including all booking profiles, event types, calendar connections, bookings, uploaded images, and the user record itself, email hello@schedulewith.org from the email address on the account.
Please write "Account deletion request" in the subject line so we can route it quickly. We complete deletion within 30 days and email you confirmation when it's done.
On account deletion we remove:
Email logs at our SMTP provider may persist for up to 30 days for deliverability auditing. Backup snapshots of the database are rotated out within 35 days.
